Location - Hybrid In-Office & Remote The Candidate: You’re a detail-obsessed, process-driven coordinator with an eye for clean formatting and sharp copy. You’ve worked on e-commerce or digital content teams before and understand how to update pricing, product copy, and visuals with speed and accuracy. You’ve edited and published product pages before—and you know how to make small changes that improve how things look, read, and convert. You’re comfortable juggling spreadsheets, content calendars, and CMS platforms without missing a beat. Whether you're updating PDPs or publishing seasonal changes across multiple platforms, you work with structure and take ownership of getting things done right the first time. Desired Experience: This is an entry-level position. We're looking for the following experience. 2 years in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital content 2 years of experience writing or editing product copy 1 year of experience using CMS tools or OTA portals (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.) Desired Skills: Strong written and spoken English Microsoft Excel and Word (or equivalent spreadsheet and document tools) Experience with CMS platforms Great organizational skills Responsibilities & Qualifications: Product Listings & Updates Update product listings across our website and OTA platforms Manage accurate inputs for pricing, dates, images, and descriptions Write and edit short product copy for PDPs and sales channels Enter seasonal prices and support promotional pricing updates Ensure all SKUs reflect the correct price and availability across platforms Internal Coordination Maintain accurate trackers for product updates and go-live schedules Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to execute updates on time Flag missing assets, inconsistencies, or quality concerns J-18808-Ljbffr
