As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Italy. Responsibilities: Manage client interactions during vehicle breakdowns and other difficulties. Oversee digital support processes, intervening when necessary. Ensure successful support via chat, voice channels, and through our network of suppliers. Requirements: Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends. Part-time position (30 hours per week). Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
