The FP&A specialist is responsible for supporting the budget and forecasting processes of Onitsuka Tiger EMEA business. Draws up financial reports and provides business/variance analysis aimed at supporting periodic business performance reviews (e.g., store sales performance) and operational decision-making. Role & responsibilities: Optimize the use of financial and business information; develop and prepare local management reports to support business decision-making. Perform financial report analysis before monthly closing processes finalized by the local accounting team. Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, and other reports; discuss deviations from budget with relevant managers; monitor and discuss action plans to address negative deviations. Act as the local planning coordinator and manage the internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan). Support local and OHQ business teams during planning with tools, review, and challenge planning results. Maintain frequent communication with business functions to drive strategy and achieve targets. Conduct periodic forecasting and gap analysis to meet financial goals. Coordinate with OHQ finance team on finance-related activities. Assist local/OHQ teams with daily and ad hoc finance requests. Address special issues such as impairments, leases, M&A, and provisions. Ensure J-Sox internal controls are correctly executed. Process invoices and payments, analyze financial data to manage budgets, and suggest cost reduction measures. Support any other necessary tasks as requested. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or planning. Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred. Experience with SAP system preferred. Strong analytical and process-oriented skills. Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxes, and treasury. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven problem-solving and time management abilities, with prioritization skills. Self-confidence to drive results. Team player and open-minded. Proficiency in MS Excel.
