Responsibilities: Provide access control to the building Manage apartment occupation and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Offer exceptional customer service and handle any incidents or issues that may arise Sell extra products and services to enhance the guest experience Process reservations and manage registration at the PMS Collect and bill reservations accurately Conduct night audits and maintain accurate records Allocate apartments efficiently and effectively Monitor online reputation and respond to guest feedback Manage rates and availability to maximize occupancy Assist with the management of requests for extra beds or cots Prepare daily reports for the Front Office Manager Support the comprehensive management team Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet Proactive and ambitious approach to work Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good office automation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Analytics, Channel Manager, and PMS of the sector Fluent spoken and written English Experience in the tourism sector and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences J-18808-Ljbffr
