Job Description

Our international team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our client's team as a Senior Account Executive focused on the Italian market. In this pivotal role, you will build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with key clients across diverse industries, driving growth for both our clients and our company. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess new client opportunities that align with the company's overarching strategic goals. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract new clients within the education sector. Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders such as academic staff, administrative leadership, and procurement professionals. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at targeted educational institutions. Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to closing deals, working with partners when necessary to achieve or exceed revenue goals. Stay up-to-date with trends within the industry, monitor competitor activity, and identify sector-specific funding opportunities. Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering excellent customer service and ongoing support. Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance account value. Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets. Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any concerns swiftly to maintain strong and lasting relationships. Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Skills and Qualifications Native-level or fluent proficiency in Italian (C1) and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the education or technology sectors. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of the education market, including key institutional structures, stakeholders, and common challenges faced. Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings. Offer A structured training and career development program.
