Job Description : As an Informatica MDM Developer at Stalwart Innovations, you will be a key member of our data management team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica MDM suite. You will work closely with data architects, data stewards, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the creation of a single, accurate, and authoritative view of critical enterprise data. Key Responsibilities : - MDM Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using Informatica MDM Hub (e.g., Multidomain MDM, Product 360, Customer 360). - Data Modeling : Create and extend data models within the MDM hub to support various master data domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor). - Data Integration : Develop and configure real-time and batch data integration processes for MDM using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Integration (IDI), or other integration tools. - Data Quality & Governance : Implement data quality rules, cleansing processes, matching rules, merge rules, and survivorship strategies within the MDM hub. - UI/UX Configuration : Configure and customize MDM user interfaces (e.g., Data Director, Provisioning Tool) for data stewards and business users. - API Development : Develop and expose MDM APIs for data consumption by downstream systems. - Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MDM data synchronization, data quality, and performance. Optimize MDM processes for efficiency and scalability. - Collaboration : Work closely with data architects, data stewards, and business users to understand requirements, define data standards, and ensure MDM solutions align with business needs. - Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for MDM design, configurations, and processes. Mandatory Skills : - Informatica MDM : Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica MDM Hub (e.g., Informatica Multidomain MDM, Product 360, Customer 360). - MDM Concepts : In-depth understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, methodologies, and best practices. - Data Modeling : Experience with data modeling for MDM, including entity-relationship modeling and hierarchy management. - Data Quality & Governance : Practical experience implementing data quality, cleansing, matching, merging, and survivorship rules. - SQL : Strong proficiency in SQL for database interaction, data validation, and troubleshooting. - Data Integration : Experience with data integration tools (preferably Informatica PowerCenter or IICS) to feed and consume data from MDM. - XML/JSON : Familiarity with XML, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST). - Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data management challenges. - Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Nice to Have : - Experience with other Informatica products (e.g., Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica PowerCenter, Axon, EDC). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Exposure to other MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM MDM). - Understanding of data governance frameworks and tools. - Experience in a specific domain (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Retail).
