Client Support : - Provide direct support to clients for all Wi-Fi related issues, including configuration, authentication, network access, and consistent performance. - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. System Maintenance : - Perform regular updates and maintenance on network hardware (like routers, switches, and access points) and software to ensure security and efficiency. - This includes applying patches and upgrading systems as necessary. Installation and Configuration : - Assist with the installation and configuration of Wi-Fi hardware and management software. - Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls according to security policies.
