Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel)

We're one of Germany’s top affiliate agencies—and we’re growing fast across Europe. About you We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Palma. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications and database systems, working closely with our product and marketing teams. This role includes a clear path to leading a small team —we’re looking for someone ready to take that step soon. Responsibilities Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP , MySQL , and Laravel (or Symfony) Design and optimize database schemas and queries Improve application performance, security, and scalability Lead code reviews and support best practices across the team Collaborate with other developers, marketers, and designers Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation Help onboard and mentor new developers as the team grows Requirements 5 years as a developer or DevOps engineer Strong experience with PHP , MySQL , and modern backend frameworks Comfortable with JavaScript (vanilla; React or Vue.js is a plus) Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git) Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset Interest or experience in leading small teams What We Offer Permanent contract & competitive salary 23 vacation days Support for language courses at the Official Language School Modern, central office in Palma with good transport links International, friendly team and regular team events Drinks, fruit, and a smooth onboarding process Life in Mallorca Here, everything is within reach—beaches, mountains, city life.
