Software Engineer

Dear Software engineer, We are seeking for a Software Engineer with strong front-end development skills (web and mobile), experience in automation, and a good understanding of data systems and cloud deployments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building responsive user interfaces while also working with back end integration, APIs, and data processing. Responsibilities Front-End Development (Web & Mobile). Develop applications using React (preferably with Hooks and state management). Open to work Mon to Fri (at Barcelona / L'Eixample office ) and availability for On-call duty o On-call shifts (one Home office day). Collaborate on mobile-friendly development for cross-platform experiences. Integration & Automation: Build responsive and modern user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and adaptive design techniques. Consume and expose RESTful APIs efficiently and securely. Handle authentication mechanisms such as tokens and OAuth. Develop automation scripts or ETL processes using Python or JavaScript. Contribute to backend integrations and task automation. Understand the basics of Data Warehousing: analytical data structures, data transformation, and hierarchies. Query and manage relational databases using SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle). Work with structured data for reports, dashboards, or pipeline processing. Cloud & DevOps Tools: Deploy applications or services using Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, or similar serverless/cloud-native tools. Use Git for version control and collaborate via standard CI/CD workflows. Develop modern, responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and adaptive design. Build web and mobile applications using React (preferably with Hooks and state management). Apply functional UX/UI design principles—a strong visual sense is required, though this is not a design role. Requirements Programming: Python, JavaScript (intermediate level). Experience with React (Hooks, state management). Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Proficient in JavaScript or Python scripting. Experience with REST APIs and secure integration practices. Intermediate knowledge of SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle. Understanding of ETL, data transformation, and basic data warehouse concepts. Comfortable with cloud deployment (Cloud Functions / Cloud Run). Version control using Git, with experience in basic CI/CD pipelines. Strong attention to usability and clean visual design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset and willingness to learn. Preferred requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience with mobile development (native or cross-platform frameworks). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong visual judgment and user-oriented thinking (UX/UI).
