You will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the manager in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: Oversee and support the daily operations ensuring each guest are genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard Support the training and the development of the team Who we are looking for We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
