As the media landscape evolves, we’re growing our digital audio footprint, spanning streaming, podcasts, and on-demand.Join us as Digital Audio Sales Director and take the lead in shaping the future of audio. We're after a dynamic commercial leader with strong industry ties, digital expertise, and a passion for innovation.Day to day you will: Develop and execute the digital audio sales strategy aligned with Nine Radio’s commercial goalsIdentify growth opportunities in podcast monetisation, digital streaming, and programmatic audioDrive revenue performance for digital audio products and platforms, meeting or exceeding targetsLead direct and agency sales efforts, building strong relationships with media buyers and advertisersCollaborate with content, product, tech, and data teams to package and position digital audio inventoryChampion innovation in audio formats, ad-tech, and data-driven sellingLead and mentor the digital audio sales team, fostering a high-performance cultureUpskill the broader sales force on digital audio trends and capabilitiesPartner with internal stakeholders across digital, data, and radio divisions for integrated solutionsRepresent Nine Radio at industry events and forums, including CRA and IAB as neededQualificationsWhat you'll bring: Demonstrated experience years in media sales with significant experience in digital & audio media.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships in a competitive market.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising technologies, including programmatic, data targeting, and attribution.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
