Job Description
Requirements: BCom or similar undergraduate degree 10 years proven Operational experience on an executive level Natural leader - Ability to lead a team ( High EQ ) Ability to roll out systems (Essential) Tech savvy Experience: A history of operating roles where the individual was directly responsible: For execution. For leading winning teams Customer responsibility in some form Growing businesses Managing complex systems or processes Attributes: Values of honesty, integrity, accountability. A positive can-do, get-it-done attitude Customer focused Builds trust, accountability and openness A strong Leadership ability, leading through and with people. Setting the course and winning hearts and minds to build the winning culture. Enquiring and open mind to help the company develop strategically and also tactically through making sure their market offerings are relevant for their target customers. Responsibilities: Directly responsible for managing the primary operational functions across the businesses including Customer service, Customer experience, IT, Projects, Marketing, Service Providers & agents. Proposing and then implementing scalable systems and processes to enable continued rapid growth of the company. The COO will be closely involved in the selling strategy and execution of the business. Results driven mindset Working in a close-knit executive team to drive the business performance, customer satisfaction and a winning employee culture.
