Enrolled Nurse Specialised (Paediatric)

Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, quality nursing care in line with SANC regulations, relevant legislation, and hospital policies Uphold health, safety, and infection control standards to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff Utilize resources effectively and maintain nursing equipment to ensure smooth unit operations Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation Educate and support patients and their families throughout the hospital stay Build strong, collaborative relationships with patients, families, doctors, and fellow healthcare professionals Minimum Requirements Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Experience working in a paediatric ward within a private healthcare setting Flexibility to work shifts based on hospital operational needs Computer literacy will be an added advantage Core Competencies Collaborative and relationship-focused approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resilience and adaptability in a clinical environment High attention to detail and patient-focused decision-making Ethical conduct and professional integrity Strong customer service orientation and quality-driven mindset
