Duties: Managing and leading the parts department Provide excellent customer service Motivate staff Control costs Maintain a high level of sales on an ongoing basis Increase market share and profitability of the parts business as well as customer satisfaction Requirements / Qualifications: At least 2 years related parts manager experience in Automotive industry BMW Parts experience Good knowledge of automotive products Higher certificate or advanced national (vocational)certificates with NQF level 4 Computer literacy Office suite Drivers license Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
