Data Warehouse Engineer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field Microsoft Data Engineer certifications 35 years experience in ETL development and DW design, deployment, and maintenance Experience with large-scale cloud data warehouses Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, GitHub Solid data modelling and performance tuning skills Exposure to AI and machine learning applications in data environments Experience working in agile environments Key Responsibilities: Design and implement efficient, scalable data warehouse projects Build, test, and maintain ETL packages and data pipelines Optimize data models and database performance Monitor data jobs to ensure data integrity and zero data loss Adhere to coding standards and compliance practices Support analytical needs through robust data solutions Actively contribute to continuous improvement and upskilling Key Competencies: Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical ability High attention to detail and accountability Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Understanding of financial impact and data-driven business value Innovation, adaptability, and entrepreneurial thinking Digital acumen with a focus on emerging technologies Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments If you have not heard from us by 30 June, consider your application unsuccessful.
