Stock Controller / Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements: Valid Drivers License Own transport Strong personality Ability to implement process and procedures Responsibilities: Warehouse and Inventory Management Oversee the receiving and dispatching of all warehouse stock Report any incorrect or damaged spares received Maintain optimal stock levels through regular physical stock counts Plan, coordinate and execute quarterly stock takes Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and stock control Allocate bin locations and ensure proper packing and storage of items Assist the Storeman with customer orders and verify all picked spares for accuracy Generate delivery notes for outgoing stock Ensure timely and accurate handover of customer orders to drivers and couriers Manage SLA spares issued to technicians for customer requirements Oversee the issuing and tracking of rebuild spares to Technicians Monitor and control stock held by technicians and in their vehicles Report stock-related issues and corrective action plans to the Service Manager and/or Procurement Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization is maintained at all times Perform additional tasks as required (ad hoc duties)
