Role Description : This is a full-time on-site Odoo Developer (OWL Framework) role located in Noida at SDLC Corp. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications : - Computer Science and Software Development skills. - Back-End Web Development expertise. - Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with Odoo development is a plus. - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs. - Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure Odoo applications. - Integrate Odoo with third-party services and applications. - Optimize database structures, performance tuning, and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions. - Maintain technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo updates, features, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in Odoo development (Odoo v12 preferred). - Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, API integrations, and custom module development. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, OWL.js, XML, CSS, Bootstrap). - Experience working with Odoo POS, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or eCommerce modules. - Familiarity with Linux environments and Git version control. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Nice to have : - Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of accounting, warehouse, or manufacturing processes. - Prior experience leading Odoo implementation projects.
