Job Title : Senior Business Analyst Healthcare Domain Location : Dubai Experience : 6 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and compliance. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams - Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements - Work closely with development, QA, and product teams - Perform gap analysis and impact assessments - Support UAT planning and execution - Ensure solutions meet HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards - Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communication Required Skills : - Strong domain knowledge in healthcare (Payers, Providers, EHR, Claims, etc.) - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
