SSIS Developer - SSRS/SSAS

Job Title : SSIS DEVELOPER Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled SSIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of data across various systems, building data integration workflows, and supporting data warehouse initiatives. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from various sources and load into SQL Server or other destinations. - Optimize existing SSIS packages for performance and scalability. - Analyze business and technical requirements to create efficient data integration solutions. - Collaborate with database administrators, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality. - Create and maintain technical documentation for SSIS packages, stored procedures, and other database processes. - Monitor daily ETL processes and troubleshoot failures or performance issues. - Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 7 years of experience in SSIS development. - Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and indexing. - Proficient in designing and debugging SSIS packages. - Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (e.g., SSRS, SSAS) is a plus. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS). - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
