SIRO Clinpharm - SAP TM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions in S/4HANA environments to meet business requirements. - Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation processes and requirements. - Map business requirements to SAP TM functionality and identify gaps, providing solutions through configuration or custom development. Configure and manage SAP TM master data, including : - Location Master - Lane Master - Resource Master - Means of Transport Master - Driver Master -Transportation Group Master - Business Partner Master Implement end-to-end transportation scenarios for both Logistic Service Providers (LSP) and Shippers, including : - LSP Scenarios : Forwarding Orders, Freight Units, Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Forwarding Settlements, Freight Settlement - Shipper Scenarios : Order Based Transportation Requirements, Delivery Proposals, Delivery Transportation Requirements, Freight Unit, Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Internal Settlement - Configure and optimize transportation planning processes, including manual and automatic planning, carrier selection, and route determination. - Configure and manage freight order execution, including tendering, carrier assignment, and shipment execution. - Implement freight costing and settlement processes, including cost distribution, freight settlement documents, and invoice verification. - Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers to ensure successful implementation. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the SAP TM solution. - Provide training and support to end-users on SAP TM functionality and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP TM releases, functionalities, and industry best practices. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP TM issues. - Take full responsibility for business process design and process : - Experience : 7 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with a strong focus on S/4HANA. - S/4HANA Experience : Must have hands-on experience working with SAP TM in S/4HANA environment. - Master Data : Extensive experience in configuring and managing SAP TM master data, including Location Master, Lane Master, Resource Master, Means of Transport Master, Driver Master, Transportation Group Master, and Business Partner Master. Transportation Scenarios : Deep understanding and hands-on experience in implementing Logistic Service Provider (LSP) and Shipper scenarios, including : - LSP : Forwarding Orders, Freight Units, Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Forwarding Settlements, Freight Settlement - Shipper : Order Based Transportation Requirements, Delivery Proposals, Delivery Transportation Requirements, Freight Unit, Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Internal Settlement - Logistics Application Experience : Minimum of four years of functional experience with logistics applications. - SAP TM Implementation Experience : Strong technical experience in the implementation of SAP TM. - Full Cycle Implementation : Must have been involved in at least one full cycle implementation of SAP TM. - Business Process Ownership : Proven experience in taking full responsibility for business process design and process implementation. - Functional Expertise : Deep functional knowledge of SAP TM modules and functionalities. - Configuration Skills : Excellent configuration skills in SAP TM. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical Qualifications : - Experience with SAP TM integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Materials Management (MM), and SAP Warehouse Management (WM). - Knowledge of ABAP development and debugging for SAP TM enhancements. - Experience with SAP TM's advanced planning and optimization (APO) functionalities. - Experience with transportation carrier integration. - SAP TM certification.
