Role Overview : We are seeking skilled professionals for a Service Role in Kochi, ideal for individuals with 5 to 10 years of experience in service delivery or related fields. This role demands strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of customer service processes to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage service delivery to meet client expectations and quality standards within agreed timelines. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing proactive solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance team performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and improve service processes. - Analyze service delivery metrics and implement improvements to optimize service efficiency and quality. - Provide regular service performance updates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by introducing best practices and innovative service solutions. - Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations. Required Qualifications and Skills : - 5 to 10 years of experience in a service-related role (service delivery, customer service, operations, etc.). - Proven experience in managing service delivery or customer-facing roles with a focus on client satisfaction. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex customer service issues. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in service management tools, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and best practices. - Solid understanding of service delivery metrics and KPIs. - Bachelors degree or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience : - Experience in IT services, consulting, or customer service industries. - Familiarity with service management processes and tools. - Experience working with international clients or in a multi-client environment. - Strong background in managing client relationships and expectations. - Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or other service management qualifications.
