Reliance Infrastructure - SAP EWM Consultant

Job Description : We are hiring an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end warehouse processes in complex supply chain environments. Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to support business needs and warehouse operations. - Analyze warehouse business processes and translate them into SAP EWM functionality. - Perform end-to-end implementation activities including blueprinting, customizing, testing, training, and post-go-live support. - Integrate SAP EWM with ECC modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) and external systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, RF devices). - Support both decentralized and embedded EWM deployments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments (reports, interfaces, enhancements). - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, provide production support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP EWM processes. Required Skills : - 412 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support. - Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, RF framework, and physical inventory management. - Experience in EWM integration with ECC, especially with MM, SD, and LE modules. - Good understanding of Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Putaway & Picking Strategies, Warehouse Orders/Tasks, and Handling Units. - Knowledge of RF configuration, EWM Monitor, PPF actions, and exception handling. - Ability to write functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. - Experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - SAP EWM Certification is a plus. - Experience in integrating with Automation Systems, Material Flow Systems (MFS), or third-party WMS tools is a strong advantage. - Knowledge of SAP TM or SAP Yard Logistics is a bonus.
