Reliance Infrastructure - Kronos Consultant/Senior Kronos Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant/Analyst to join our Workforce Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kronos (UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions), including configuration, implementation, integration, and support. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and maintain workforce solutions that support our business goals and HR operations. Key Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : - Configure and implement Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management, Attestation, etc.). - Customize pay rules, work rules, and scheduling rules based on business requirements. - Set up interfaces between Kronos and third-party applications (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, ERP). System Administration & Support : - Maintain system integrity and ensure high availability of Kronos environments. - Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning. - Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and implement corrective actions. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement : - Gather business requirements from HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders. - Translate functional needs into technical specifications and system configurations. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Reporting & Analytics : - Develop and manage custom reports using Kronos reporting tools and SQL. - Deliver data insights to support decision-making in time tracking, compliance, and workforce productivity. Training & Documentation : - Create and deliver user training and documentation for HR and Operations teams. - Maintain system documentation, change logs, and test plans. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 412 years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions. - Strong understanding of Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave Management, etc. - Experience in configuration of pay rules, work rules, and shift templates. - Knowledge of Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) for interface development. - Hands-on experience with Kronos reporting and analytics. - Understanding of compliance requirements such as FLSA, overtime, and break policies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with UKG Dimensions or migration from Workforce Central to Dimensions. - Familiarity with integrations between Kronos and SQL, JavaScript, or Kronos API scripting knowledge. - Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or BFSI. Education & Certifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - UKG/Kronos certifications are a plus. (ref:hirist.tech)
