Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle FCCS/TRCS Modules

Role : Oracle FCCS & TRCS Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description : The Oracle EPM FCCS & Tax Techno-Functional Consultant plays a critical role in maintaining Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS). The consultant will be responsible for configuring consolidation processes, automation of tax reporting, data integrations, financial statement reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. This role bridges the gap between finance teams and technical capabilities, optimizing financial close processes, intercompany eliminations, and tax calculations for NMC : Essential : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. - 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM (FCCS, TRCS, or HFM) with 5 large-scale implementations. - Strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and tax reporting. Desirable : - Oracle EPM certifications in FCCS and TRCS. - Knowledge of financial compliance standards (IFRS, GAAP, SOX, VAT, Corporate Tax regulations). Qualifications : - Deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle FCCS and TRCS. - Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and tax automation. - Hands-on experience with business rule development, consolidation methods, and tax provisions. - Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Management Reporting (MR). - Experience in data integration, EPM Automate, and scripting for automation. - Strong analytical skills for variance analysis, reconciliation, and data validation. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with finance, tax, and IT teams. - Ability to troubleshoot financial data issues, ensuring accurate reporting. - Experience with audit compliance, regulatory reporting, and financial statement preparation. - Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience : - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) : Strong expertise in OIC, BPEL, and SOA middleware solutions. - API Development : Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services. - Enterprise Data Integration : Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration (OCIDI), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and ETL processes. - Financial Systems Integration : Experience in enterprise-wide finance system transformation and Oracle Cloud ERP integration. - Security & Compliance : Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSL, encryption, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) for secure data exchange. - Integration Monitoring & Performance Optimization : Expertise in error handling, logging, and debugging integration failures. - Cloud Technologies : Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS models.
