Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Key Responsibilities : - Drive the development of sophisticated delivery time prediction models, incorporating real-time data and machine learning techniques. - Define and optimize optimal rider allocation algorithms using geospatial data, routing optimization libraries (OSRM, Google Maps Directions API), and constraint programming. - Design and implement robust fallback routing logic to handle exceptions and ensure delivery reliability. - Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to define and implement technology solutions for just-in-time inventory management. - Develop APIs and data synchronization mechanisms for accurate store-wise stock visibility and updates. - Lead the integration with 3PL providers, including defining API specifications, data exchange formats, and error handling strategies. - Lead the technical integration of various logistics partners (e.g., Dunzo, Shadowfax), defining API contracts, authentication protocols, and data mapping. - Implement SLA-based allocation logic using rule engines and workflow management systems. - Establish real-time tracking solutions using webhooks, push notifications, and event-driven architectures. - Conceptualize and develop intuitive mobile applications for delivery partners (Android and iOS), with a focus on: - Design and develop dashboards for delivery partners and internal teams using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and data visualization libraries. - Create powerful control tower views and dashboards for operational teams, providing real-time insights into: - Order aging using database queries and data aggregation techniques. - SLA breaches using monitoring and alerting systems. - Issue detection using anomaly detection algorithms and machine learning. - Delivery success rates using data analytics and reporting Profile : - Product experience in Quick Commerce, Logistics, Hyperlocal, or Food Delivery domains. - Strong understanding of Last Mile Tech, including Logistics Partner (LP) integrations and complex routing algorithms. - Proven ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization in product decisions. - A user-centric mindset with a passion for solving complex operational challenges through technology. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and interpret key product metrics. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, operations, and business Skills : - Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL). - Knowledge of data modeling and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. - Understanding of mobile app development (Android, iOS) and related technologies. - Experience with mapping and location services (Google Maps Platform, Mapbox). - Knowledge of routing algorithms and optimization techniques. - Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools. - Familiarity with machine learning concepts for predictive modeling (ETA, etc.) is a plus.
