Role Overview : We are seeking a talented Workday Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Workday HCM solutions that enhance HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that business needs are met. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute Workday implementations and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support. - Configure and customize Workday modules such as HCM (Human Capital Management) , Talent Management , Compensation , Absence Management , Time Tracking , Recruiting , and Learning Management . - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Workday solutions that align with HR goals and operational processes. - Provide expertise in Workday integrations , including integration of Workday with external systems (e.g., Payroll systems , Finance systems , HRIS ). - Develop and maintain Workday reports , dashboards , and analytics to help drive data-driven decision-making in HR operations. - Perform system configuration and provide day-to-day support for all Workday functionalities. - Lead Workday upgrades , ensuring smooth transitions, testing, and rollout of new features and functionalities. - Develop workflows and business process configurations within Workday to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Conduct user training , develop training materials, and provide support for Workday users across the organization. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) , offering guidance and best practices on Workday functionalities and solutions. - Manage and resolve Workday-related issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Provide post-implementation support , including troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing enhancements. - Ensure that data security , privacy compliance , and regulatory standards are adhered to throughout the Workday deployment and ongoing usage. Required Qualifications and Skills : - 5 to 10 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting, implementation, configuration, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules , including HCM , Talent Management , Compensation , Absence Management , Recruiting , and Learning Management . - Proven experience in Workday integrations with other enterprise systems such as Payroll , Finance , and HRIS . - Strong experience in developing Workday reports using Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics . - Expertise in Workday business processes , workflows , and security configurations . - Knowledge of Workday Studio for creating complex integrations and custom solutions. - In-depth knowledge of HR systems and business processes, particularly in the context of Workday . - Experience with Workday implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall ) and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. - Workday Certification in modules like HCM , Integrations , or Reporting is preferred. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources , Information Technology , Business Administration , or a related field.
