In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceMax platform . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery, performance, and business growth through customized solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceMax applications, ensuring they are optimized for the business needs and scalable for future growth. - Design, configure , and customize ServiceMax modules , including Field Service Management , Work Order Management , Service Contracts , Inventory Management , and Scheduling . - Develop and implement custom logic , business rules , flows , and scripts within the ServiceMax platform using Apex , JavaScript , Visualforce , and Flow . - Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce and other external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation. - Create and configure custom objects , page layouts , and reports within ServiceMax and Salesforce to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Ensure that ServiceMax applications are aligned with business processes, providing optimal solutions for service delivery and asset management. - Provide support for troubleshooting , debugging, and resolving issues related to ServiceMax applications. - Conduct unit testing , integration testing , and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all ServiceMax-based solutions. - Monitor and optimize performance of ServiceMax applications, ensuring reliability and responsiveness. - Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to junior developers and business users to enhance overall productivity and platform expertise. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceMax customizations, configurations, and integrations. - Stay updated on ServiceMax best practices , new features, and upgrades, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and Qualifications and Skills : - 5 to 10 years of experience as a ServiceMax Developer , with hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceMax applications. - Strong expertise in Salesforce development , with proficiency in Apex , Visualforce , JavaScript , and Flow for ServiceMax solutions. - Experience in ServiceMax modules such as Field Service Management , Work Orders , Service Contracts , and Scheduling . - Proven experience in Salesforce-ServiceMax integration , including data synchronization and seamless communication between systems. - Deep understanding of business processes and workflows related to field service management and asset management. - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning , Salesforce Platform , and Salesforce APIs for customizations and integrations. - Experience with ServiceMax mobile applications and customizing them for the field service teams. - Strong experience in ServiceMax reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for service teams. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, debugging , and performance tuning within Salesforce and ServiceMax. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceMax solutions. - Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, business teams, and internal stakeholders. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (preferably Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and ServiceMax Certified Consultant ) are highly desirable. Preferred Experience : - Experience with ServiceMax Cloud deployments and best practices. - Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX . - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies for project delivery. - Familiarity with Salesforce Communities , ServiceMax Field Service Mobile App , and IoT integrations . - Experience with ServiceMax upgrades , patch management, and feature enhancements. - Knowledge of ServiceMax Analytics for service performance analysis.
