SAP SD Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SD modules to meet business needs in sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer service. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions. - Configure SD modules including Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management. - Work on integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM). - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Handle production support activities and resolve SD-related issues. - Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams. - Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and SAP S/4HANA projects if applicable. - Train key users and prepare end-user documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - 8 years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes. - Experience with pricing procedures, credit management, shipping, and invoicing. - Familiarity with SAP IDocs, outputs, and integration points with MM and FI. - Good understanding of master data (Customer Master, Material Master, Condition Records). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD module. - Exposure to third-party order processing and intercompany sales. - Basic ABAP debugging skills. - SAP SD Certification (preferred but not required). Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
