Job Title : Oracle Apps SCM Techno-Functional Consultant (5 to 10 years of experience) Location : Bhubaneswar Company Overview : We are a leading provider of enterprise solutions, delivering innovative and effective Oracle applications and services. We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Apps SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneswar. Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) . In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with functional expertise to implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM solutions across various business processes. You will play a critical role in understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Oracle applications solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory , Purchasing , Order Management , Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) , Cost Management , Shipping , and Procurement . - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions. - Design, develop, and deploy customizations in Oracle SCM modules to meet specific business needs, leveraging both functional and technical expertise. - Work on Oracle Reports , Forms , Interfaces , and PL/SQL development for custom applications and integration of SCM modules with other systems. - Configure and customize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for SCM modules based on business processes and best practices. - Ensure smooth integration of SCM modules with other Oracle modules like Finance (FICO) , Manufacturing (MRP/Production) , and HRMS . - Develop and configure APIs , Interfaces , Concurrent Programs , and Workflows for system automation and integration. - Perform data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for SCM modules. - Provide post-implementation support , addressing functional issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and implementing system enhancements. - Prepare technical and functional documentation , including design specifications , user guides , and test scripts for custom solutions. - Perform unit testing , integration testing , and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and successful delivery of Oracle SCM solutions. - Train end-users on the effective usage of Oracle SCM applications and provide ongoing support for issue resolution. - Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and developers, to deliver end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills : - 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Procurement, ASCP, Cost Management, etc.). - Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , with both technical and functional experience. - Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms , Oracle Reports , PL/SQL , AOL (Application Object Library) , and Workflows . - Expertise in Oracle SCM module configuration and customization for core SCM processes. - Strong experience in integration of Oracle SCM modules with other Oracle modules such as Finance (FICO) , Manufacturing (MRP/Production) , and HRMS . - Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into Oracle technical and functional solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and recommend solutions. - Experience with data migration using tools such as LSMW , Data Load , and BPEL . - Proficient in developing custom solutions using APIs , Concurrent Programs , and XML Publisher Reports . - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Oracle S/4HANA is a plus. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business Administration , or a related field. - Oracle SCM Certification is a plus. Preferred Experience : - Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules and migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud . - Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) , Global Order Promising (GOP) , and Oracle Inventory Optimization . - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile project teams. - Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and cloud-based integration technologies. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
