We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join us in Leuven ! In this fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and providing hands-on IT support. Key Responsibilities Proactively pick up, respond & own incidents and tasks in support queue. ServiceNow knowledge preferable Correctly track incidents in a timely and accurate fashion. Working to specific SLAs Lenovo PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Ability to resolve Windows 10 Operating System Errors Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including MS Outlook & Teams Ability to support Apple iPad and iPhone issues. InTune MDM knowledge preferable. Owning IT Workplace Refresh projects Computer imaging Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge Ability to perform accurate network patching Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory 1-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a Manufactory based organization. General End User technology knowledge. End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management). End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM). ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred. Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills. Excellent English and Dutch Language, Written and Spoken.
