Vimercate ITA - Via Energy Park POSITION IDENTIFICATION Position Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Funzionario Vendite) Organization: Tools & Outdoor Reports to: KAM PURPOSE OF POSITION The objective of the Sales Representative is to develop sales and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customers in the assigned area. The role involves ensuring the implementation of sales activities set by the company, such as product availability, placement, promotion, and pricing, to ensure continuous positive growth in annual turnover and overall profitability. This position is product-focused, tailored to the specific needs of customers, and involves cooperation with assigned customers to ensure positive sales development in turnover and profit. Responsibilities include implementing plans for national key customers, executing activities for independent stores, hosting and participating in key business events, supervising merchandising activities, setting targets, and conducting market and demand analysis. The role also supports marketing campaigns, handles complaints and warranty claims.
