SAP BW Consultant

We are Hiring : SAPBW SAP BW - Data Engineer with 5 years of experience. - Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling. - Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to design, develop, and support business intelligence solutions using SAP Business Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP BW modeling, data extraction (ETL), data warehousing, and integration with reporting tools like SAP BO or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Key Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable SAP BW solutions. - Develop and maintain InfoObjects, InfoCubes, DSOs, Composite Providers, and MultiProviders. - Design and implement ETL processes using SAP BW DataSources, Transformations, and DTPs. - Extract data from SAP and non-SAP sources using standard and custom extractors. - Integrate SAP BW with front-end tools like SAP BEx, BusinessObjects, or SAC. - Tune performance of queries and data loads to ensure timely reporting. - Participate in full life-cycle implementations and support projects. - Collaborate with functional teams (FI, SD, MM, HR, etc.) to ensure accurate data delivery. - Create documentation for technical design, unit testing, and data flow diagrams. - Support data governance, quality, and security initiatives within the BI landscape. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.x and/or BW on HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP BW data modeling, architecture, and best practices. - Experience with ETL processes, ABAP routines, and performance tuning. - Knowledge of S/4HANA embedded analytics or BW/4HANA is a strong plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Mandatory skills: - Extensive knowledge of data warehousing and modeling principles. - Experience with Databricks and DBT Core for data pipeline development is a plus. - Familiarity with Python coding is an added Secondary skills : - Eager to learn new technologies such as Databricks, DBT, and AWS. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
