TradeIndia - Program Manager - Agile/Waterfall

Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager at TradeUdhaar. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency within our fintech environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex : - Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in alignment with business goals. - Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies. Effectively manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless project delivery. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior management. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk response plans to minimize potential impact on project outcomes. - Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Identify and address any budget variances. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and overall operational efficiency. - Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage projects, promoting iterative development, flexibility, and continuous improvement. - B2B Marketplace and Global Trade: Leverage knowledge of the B2B marketplace and global trade industry to inform project decisions and : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related : - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects. - Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - IIT Graduate: Must have graduated from an Indian Institute of Technology : - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Excellent team management and leadership abilities. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana). - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. - Knowledge of the fintech industry, digital lending, and SME finance is highly desirable. - Familiarity with B2B marketplace dynamics and global trade is a Attributes : - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Proactive and results-oriented. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong leadership and influencing skills. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
