Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators Develop a deep understanding of the retail portfolio and key customer needs Conduct business data analysis and scenario modeling Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring performance targets are met Develop and implement sales strategies; analyze and forecast sales trends Prepare and manage annual budgets, and maintain strong expenditure controls Ensure accurate stock management and product availability Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations Build and lead high-performing teams across diverse environments Foster strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders Serve as the primary link between key customers and internal departments Drive the optimization of ERP systems Generate and interpret functional management reports Contribute to marketing initiatives through digital content aligned with the companys brand Minimum Requirements & Key Leadership Attributes Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting) Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years at a regional/multi-store level Proven track record in sales and operational performance Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management, and business applications Ability to deliver continuous incremental value Strong capability in dealing with complexity Sound, pragmatic judgment High self-awareness and emotional intelligence Results-driven with a strong achievement orientation
