Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in line with POP MART's brand vision and business goals, ensuring a consistent approach across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing. Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of POP MART's brand identity, ensuring it remains consistent and appealing to the target audience. Public Relations: Drive PR efforts by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners. Develop PR campaigns that generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility. Trade Marketing: Create and implement trade marketing initiatives to support POP MART's presence in retail stores and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with retail partners to increase sales and strengthen brand presence. Media: Continue to develop brand-focused social media to ensure maximum customer engagement. Product Marketing: Lead product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and a strong return on investment. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly. Reporting and Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives. Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness and use data insights to optimize marketing efforts. Qualifications: Cityzenship or Work Permit is required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience (7 years) in leadership roles in marketing, preferably in the retail sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in creating and leading high-performing marketing teams. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent knowledge of Italian, knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus. It's all about PEOPLE!
