Your opportunity: The Client Advisor is entrusted with the mission to advise clients on collections and share their passion for the brand to build strong relationships and create joyful, personalized, and memorable experiences. Sales Performance Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy Manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks Represent Bottega Veneta brand image Client Experience Create engaging and emotional client experiences offering best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling Styling Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends Work on silhouettes and suggest alternative items to encourage clients to explore the collection Advise clients confidently on styling pieces with a creative vision Store Operations Maintain tidy stock, monitor deliveries and stock availability, communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines Who you are: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fashion & Luxury Excellent client service attitude and flexibility to adapt to various clients Strong communication and empathetic skills Team player Multitasking and adaptable Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build a diverse client portfolio Fluency in English is mandatory Why work with us?
