Description of the Role: As a Used Cars BDC Rep at Pines Auto Group, you will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound sales calls related to used cars. You will play a key role in connecting potential buyers with the right vehicles from our extensive inventory. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and emails from customers interested in purchasing used cars, creating an appointment with them to come in person to see and test drive the vehicle Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Following up with potential leads to ensure a positive customer experience. Communicating effectively with other team members to coordinate sales efforts. Requirements: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using basic computer programs and databases.
