Staff/Senior Accountant

Compensation: $65,000-$77,000 Responsibilities Oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts and participate in month-end process Assist with analyzing and preparing financial statements and reporting Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis of the company's manufacturing and production costs to identify efficiencies and support strategic decision-making Assist with sales tax returns and support internal and external audit process Maintain strategic budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis on purchase and production cost variances Analyze key areas of the organization and partner with upper management to streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or an Associate degree in accounting with relevant work experience 2-3 years of General Ledger accounting experience required Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Excel experience needed Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management industry specific experience preferred Working knowledge in various ERP systems or MS 365 Dynamics/Business Central exposure a preferred Inventory and cost experience a plus Apply Please submit your resume to jm@insearchrecruiting.com.
