What you'll be doing: • Managing a diverse, first-opinion and referral caseload • Performing routine and complex surgeries as well as medical workups • Working closely with our fantastic nursing and support teams • Contributing to a positive, forward-thinking clinical culture Working hours: • 40 hours per week • 4 weekdays 1 in 4 weekends • No sole charge on weekends - always a colleague by your side • We can also consider part time hours, min 3 day week; 1 in 4 weekends ________________________________________ Who You'll Be Working With • 14 Vets (including certificate holders) • 15 Qualified Nurses 8 Student Nurses • 1.5 Physiotherapists & Hydrotherapists • 10 Veterinary Care Assistants • Experienced, hands-on leadership team ________________________________________ What We Offer • A kind, collaborative team you'll genuinely enjoy working with • £40,000-£65,000 salary (DOE) • 4-day week 1 in 4 weekends • RCVS & VDS fees paid • Generous CPD budget (and encouragement to use it!) • Private Medical Insurance • Clinical mentorship & supportive leadership ________________________________________ Make Your Next Career Step Count If you're looking for a place where your ideas are heard , your growth is supported , and your work has real impact -we'd love to hear from you.
