Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets for pre-owned vehicles (units and gross profit). Drive marketing and promotions in line with dealership branding and campaigns. Build relationships with customers, finance houses, and suppliers. Ensure every unit sold meets the dealership certified standards. Stock Management Source high-quality trade-ins and used vehicles for resale. Oversee vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring dealership certification guidelines are met. Manage stock aging, pricing strategy, and rotation plans. Maintain correct stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and lead the pre-owned sales team. Set performance goals and monitor individual and team performance. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and mentoring. Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the pre-owned buying journey. Handle escalated customer queries and after-sales issues. Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores in alignment with Dealership standards. Compliance and Reporting Ensure full compliance with group program standards. Manage documentation, quality checks, and certification processes. Prepare and analyse sales, stock, and profitability reports. Liaise with OEM auditors and ensure all group audit criteria are met.
