Your support is essential to creating a positive, productive, and safe working environment for all employees and guests. • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors, both in person and by phone • Manage office and facilities activities according to local policies and procedures • Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing of office supplies, services, and equipment • Coordinate local health and safety trainings, including risk assessments and emergency procedures • Support building and facilities maintenance, repairs, and service contracts • Handle office services such as catering, coffee/tea supplies, and travel arrangements when applicable • Offer administrative support to the Management Team and local staff You will report to the Station Manager and work closely with local and international colleagues as well as suppliers and service providers. Your work scope is local, and your role is operational. What you bring as a future colleague • Secondary vocational education (MBO or Degree) • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in office • Proficiency in both the local and English language • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Customer-service oriented mindset and positive attitude • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure • Familiarity with health and safety practices and regulations Enza Zaden as your employer With more than 3,000 passionate team members across the world, we're on a daily mission to develop the finest vegetable varieties.
