Business System Analyst

JD: BSA / Product Owner – Data Warehouse & ETL Focus Note: Remote can be considered for the correct candidate Years of Experience - 6 - 9 Years Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Perform source-to-target data mapping to support data integration and ETL processes. Write detailed ETL transformation specifications for development teams. Analyze data from multiple sources to validate business rules and logic. Work with data architects and developers to support data modeling and data quality efforts. Own and maintain the backlog for data/ETL-related features in agile ceremonies. Ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. Preferred Experience: Strong background in Data Warehousing, ETL tools/processes (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Azure Data Factory). Proficiency in writing SQL for data profiling/validation. Azure Fabric and lakehouse knowledge
