Call Center Agent Department: Unilux Brand Employment Type: Full Time Location: Boston, MA Compensation: $20.25 - $26.00 / hour Description Location: Boston,MA Company: Unilux Brand Job Description: Unilux Brand As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in communication and is highly motivated to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will act as the first point of contact and will be responsible for addressing a variety of customer needs via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Provide accurate information and guidance on products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system, ensuring a clear record of all communications. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to satisfaction and offer further assistance if needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications while assisting customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
