We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a key administrative partner to the Executive Assistant to the CEO & President. This high-impact role will act as the 2 within the administrative function, supporting high-level priorities, providing direct support to senior and operational leaders, and stepping in as a delegate when the EA to the CEO & President is out. Why This Role Matters: As our business grows, so does the complexity of supporting cross-functional leadership. This role ensures that the Executive Office remains responsive, well-informed, and aligned with company priorities by enhancing capacity, driving process consistency, and ensuring follow-through on leadership initiatives. Who you support: Executive Assistant to CEO & President Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Operational Leadership Team (OLT) Cross-functional teams/brands Your Impact: Administrative Leadership & Support Partner with the EA to the CEO & President to manage calendars, communications, travel, and coordination for senior leaders. Prepare agendas, take notes, and track to-dos for key team meetings. Step in for the EA to the CEO & President when they are on PTO or unavailable. Team & Meeting Support Serve as backup L10 Scribe in Ninety for SLT or brand-level meetings. Ensure rocks, issues, and scorecards are properly managed and followed up on. Drive execution of Annual Goals and Company Rocks by supporting quarterly planning, tracking key action items, and coordinating timely updates across teams. Project Coordination Assist with admin-led projects, including culture events, onboarding/offboarding, systems improvements, and internal communications. Process & Tool Support Assist in managing and updating administrative SOPs, playbooks, and templates. Act as a resource for best practices on tools like Ninety, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Slack, and internal systems. People & Culture Champion Help execute team events, celebrate wins, and support internal initiatives that build culture and connection across brands. Embody and promote company values in all interactions.
