Data Analyst – R&D Accelerator | Paris (Hybrid) Permanent (CDI only) | 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire multiple Data Analysts for their growing R&D Accelerator unit in Paris. These are hybrid roles working on impactful, data-driven products that support clinical research and accelerate the delivery of new therapies to patients. Sanofi’s R&D Accelerator is an innovation-focused team building cutting-edge digital tools to transform clinical research. From dashboards like CleanShow that help physicians interpret patient data in real-time, to new platforms powered by AI and machine learning, you’ll be joining a high-impact environment where your work directly supports scientific and medical progress. What You’ll Do Analyse clinical and R&D data using SQL and Python , delivering insights that support product and research teams Collaborate with Data Scientists , Data Engineers , and fellow Analysts to build and scale data products Partner with stakeholders across R&D to translate their needs into actionable data solutions Design and develop dashboards and data visualisations to support real-time decision-making in clinical studies Ensure data quality , consistency, and structure, working across platforms like Snowflake and Power BI Contribute to data modeling , and help shape how data is structured and leveraged across the organisation ✅ Must-Haves 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, with exposure to cross-functional, project-based work Strong SQL skills and the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets Proficient in Python for data analysis, transformation, and problem solving Experience working with data warehouses – ideally Snowflake , but BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks also welcome Familiarity with data visualization tools – Power BI is a plus, but other tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) are also valued Solid communication skills, with the ability to align technical output with business needs Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to end-to-end data projects Understanding of data modeling concepts and how to apply them in real-world scenarios Nice-to-Haves Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure) Exposure to healthcare or clinical research data Familiarity with data governance and best practices around data quality, privacy, and compliance Who You Are Curious, collaborative, and proactive — you enjoy digging into complex problems and finding structured solutions Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with a strong sense of ownership and delivery Clear communicator who can explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
