Job Description

Key Performance Areas Drive achievement of short-term rental (STR) targets and budgets. Ensure high-quality customer service and communication to build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions. Conduct telesales, manage quote records, and maintain a prospects register. Submit weekly and monthly stock utilization and count reports. Prepare and finalize refinance and defleet documentation. Manage reservations, deliveries, and collections of STR fleet units. Coordinate transport scheduling, trip planning, and invoicing. Ensure all required delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and authorized (e.g., credit applications, signed contracts, customer orders). Invoice for rental periods (daily/weekly/monthly), including excess hours. Liaise with debtors for account-related matters and follow up on payments. Ensure forklifts and machinery have valid load test certificates. Coordinate with the workshop for machine readiness prior to delivery. Handle customer complaints and queries with professional resolution and timely follow-up. Provide general administrative and operational support to the manager. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Education : Grade 12 / Matric Experience : Minimum 3 years in a similar administrative or fleet coordination role. Computer Literacy : Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. System Knowledge : Proficient in Kerridge system (data entry and reporting).
