Job Description Responsibilities: Monitor and control the entry and exit of clients, employees, and merchandise; Supervise and ensure compliance with safety standards and administrative procedures; Oversee the execution of processes and procedures within your area of responsibility; Identify opportunities for loss prevention and act promptly to resolve issues; Monitor high-risk areas; Conduct rounds to ensure safety and risk mitigation; Participate in inventory counts. Requirements and Skills High school diploma completed; Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities to reduce losses; Critical thinking, detail-oriented, and observant; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office).
