Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, or CRM system. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to clients. Follow up on quotations and assist with converting leads into closed deals. Process sales orders and coordinate with operations and dispatch. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Maintain and update sales records and customer information accurately. Generate and compile weekly and monthly internal sales reports. Support the external sales team with administrative and coordination tasks. Ensure timely and professional responses to client requests. Maintain knowledge of products/services to effectively assist customers. Requirements: Matric. Technical qualification will be advantageous. Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a technical support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information.
