Merchandise Planner – Retail

Key focus areas: Build and maintain merchandise plans aligned to sales, profit, and stock turn targets. Forecast demand using historical sales, promotional calendars, market trends, and AI planning tools. Optimize allocations and replenishments by channel and location to match sales. Monitor in-season performance and make agile, data-led trading decisions. Partner with buyers to identify top sellers, underperformers, and category gaps. Leverage tools like Netstock, Excel, Power BI , and other AI-powered systems to automate reporting, run what-if simulations, and conduct SKU rationalization. Present planning insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Were looking for someone who combines precision, commercial instinct and a strong trader mentality a planner who can manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. In addition: A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4 years of merchandise planning experience in retail (preferably omni-channel). Mastery of Excel, forecasting tools, planning systems (Netstock experience is a bonus). Experience using AI for demand planning, replenishment, and workflow automation. Strong commercial acumen you understand the impact of your decisions on stock turn, margin, and customer experience. A high sense of ownership, urgency, and proactive communication skills.
