Your New Role As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop essential life skills. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
